About Peach Points
Peach Point is a specific monetary value that can be applied as payment toward the cost of a Peach Airline ticket and any government-imposed taxes and fees.
It will be valid for 180 days from the issued date.
You can use your Peach Points to pay for the followings
- Peach Airline ticket
- Checked Baggage fee/ Sports Equipment fees
- Seat selection fee /Space Seat Option fee
- Taxes and fees related to the above
How to get Peach Points
You can get Peach Points from the following methods:
- Purchase Peach Points (JPY only)
You may purchase Peach points through the "Peach Point" page of your Peach profile account. - Voucher of flight cancellation
*Rules on refunds due to cancellations for customers’ personal reasons vary depending on the fare type. - Peach Card Enrollment Campaign (Japanese only)
- Transfer from ANA miles.
- Reward campaigns
How to use Peach Points
You'll have the option to use your Peach Points on the payment screen. Please type your peach point number and also security code.
To use your Peach Points, you need to enter your Peach Points Number and also the Security Code
- NOTICE
- ・Peach Points can be used only in the issued currency.
- ・The name of the Peach Points holder has to match the name of the Passenger for using Peach Points.
- ・For new bookings site and Manage Booking site, if you settle partly payment with Peach Points, the balance can be settled by credit card/barcode payment.
- ・Combining payment method of Peach Points and credit card is not available at the airport counters.
- ・Peach Points cannot be refunded, exchanged to money, sold or transferred to others.
How to Manage your Peach Points
You can easily manage your Peach Points through your Peach profile account.
Having a Peach profile account, You can view your current points balance, any transactions, and each Peach Point's expiration date.
