    Why is there a waiting room?

    When there is a large volume of visits to the site at the same time, some people may not be able to access the site.
    Therefore, we limit the number of people who can access at the same time, on a first-come, first-served basis.

    What happens if I close my computer or smartphone during the queue?

    Even if your PC or smartphone changes to sleep mode or you close the Peach Waiting Room page, your order will be maintained and you can check the latest status when you return to the waiting space.
    If your turn comes while the Peach Waiting Room page is not open, you have a buffer of 10 minutes to return to the page. Keep an eye on your queuing order while you are waiting.

    What happens when it's my turn?

    If your turn comes while you are on the Peach Waiting Room page, you will automatically be directed to the page you accessed.
    If your turn comes while the Peach Waiting Room page is not open, you can return to the page within 10 minutes of your turn and confirm, then you will be able to proceed to the first page you accessed.
