Travel Disruption & Boarding Certificate

Peach provides an online form for anyone who has travel plans disrupted and required proof of disruption for insurance purposes for example. Three types of disruption are available:

   1. Flight cancellation – the certificate will state that the passengers listed were booked on a flight that were subsequently cancelled
   2. Flight Delay – the certificate will state that the passengers listed were booked on a flight that was delayed by the stated time. A delay is defined as actual flight departure was more than 10 minutes from schedule time of departure.
   3. Proof of Boarding – the certificate will state that the passengers listed boarded the flights listed
