- If you have separately shipped items, please complete two forms.
- Individuals carrying cash or checks totaling 1 million yen or more must declare using the dedicated declaration form available at the customs inspection area.
*Declaring on paper:
- If you and your family are clearing customs together, one representative may fill out a single form. In section ⑩, please enter the number of family members traveling with you (do not include yourself).
- Side A must be completed for customs verification. If you answer "No" to all questions in sections ⑪ through ⑬, you do not need to fill out Side B.
